I'm Egyptian, grew up in Saudi, and now based in Cairo.
A younger me
I started teaching myself to code at 13 and got completely hooked. I’d wake up eager to learn something new, building side projects and following my curiosity into everything from Kubernetes to CSS tricks.
At 16, I discovered the intersection of Islam and technology. I fell in love with it, joined Quran.com, and found a direction for all that curiosity.
I skipped classes in both high school and university, only showing up for exams. I kept learning and building on my own.
Outside of software
Away from the keyboard, I’m just as happy brewing specialty coffee or taking photographs.
